By day the main living area has a comfortable couch and chair. By night you
have a cozy queen size futon to sleep on and a dreamy view of the river. The living area has its own bathroom. |

| The comfy queen size bed and a private bath, makes the bedroom feel like a secluded island, at the close of a busy St. Lawrence day. |
| • Cottage Loft • |
| The sleeping loft has three thick folding mattresses. A ships ladder grants access and with the sound of the waves and wind, you can well imagine you are spending the night on the water. |
| • Bunk House • |
| Three comfortable bunk beds in a tree top tower with a bird's eye view of the Lakers and Salty's that travel the Saint Lawrence River. |
| • Kitchen • |
| More like a ships galley, our kitchen is efficient but tiny. It includes a small apartment size refrigerator with small freezer. The stove is apartment size, as is the small single sink. A rolling butcher block gives extra prep space and can be tucked away when not in use. |
| • Screened Porch • |
| If you can take your eyes off the sunset, you'll see we have a dining table and two easy chairs on our porch. More like a summer living room, this is the favorite spot for watching boats, ships, fishermen, and the kids swimming. |
| • Exterior • |

The cottage is surrounded by decks. We have a picnic table and a charcoal
grill for you to use. For the kids, we have a play fort with a sand box. There is space on the lawn for badmitton and croquet. |
| • Docks • |
| A spot is reserved for you at our dock. We are deep enough during the summer months for a 24 ft. boat. In the fall, when the water levels decrease, an aluminum boat or fishing boat will still have enough water to dock. |
| • Other Considerations • |

Linens/Towels: Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. There are a washer & dryer in cottage. Trash & Recycling: Garbage pick up is not available. The Recycling/transfer site is 3 1/2 miles from the cottage/camp. Open daily from 9a.m. - 4p.m. except Tues. and Thurs. You are responsible for disposing of any and all of the trash you produce. Three garbage cans and a recycling shed are provided for temporary storage. On-site compost cone for compostables. Guests * : Cottage rental is based on 8 guests or less, including children. Extra guest fee is $100 per person. The use of tents, camping trailers and motorhomes is prohibited. Payment: 50% due at time of reservation. 50% due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation: refunds are charged a $25 service charge, if cancelled one month prior to arrival. After that point your deposit will be returned only if we are able to re-rent your space, minus the service charge. Damage Control: Current credit card number required at check-in for purpose of damage control. Damage walk thru at check-out is suggested. Check-in: after 2p.m.; Check-out: by 10a.m. Quiet Hours: between 10p.m. and 7a.m. Please, No Pets - No smoking. |
